Excellent clean place to stay. All amenities are available for a family holiday. Beach and neighbouring hotels and their grounds and facilities within a short walk. Marketplace for holiday requirements and some shopping is next door. Lovely courteous staff from the moment you step into the hotel until you check out.

Very nice resort with a bunch of activities around the hotel and within the hotel. It's very convenient to link this resort with the JW Marriott resort nearby, so it's like trying 2 resorts at the same time. They have a shuttle bus between the 2 hotels every 15min and if you miss it, it's ok, there is always someone at the hotel which can drive you there (5min drive) using their golf cart (Buggy car). If you have kids, it's very good too as they have bicycles, a swimming pool and mini golf for kids. There is also a kid club on each resort

Great attention to details paid by entire staff including reception, housekeeping, dining staff etc. Special thanks to Kru apple, jack for a good session. Also very thankful mention to Minnie, popcorn, Pia, and other lovely ladies whose names I can't recall now at the play club.

Marriot Mai Khao is highly recommended for family or couple retreat. Love the big apartment accomodation with 2 bedrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchenette, big dining & living hall. Their service is top notch with welcoming & courteous hotel staff. Staff are helpful & friendly. My son was stung by sea urchins during our snorkelling session. To our surprise, they called up medic to assist my son upon our returning from excursion even though my son has been given proper 1st aid on the boat. The next day, a well meant wishes (towel deco with flowers + a signed wishing card) from the hotel staff were sent to our apartment. Really humbled by their thoughtfulness..
